盐、香菇粉、胡椒粉、香油

Methods:
/ Q. o; F" q: }5 [+ f b. }1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred.0 D% d/ _; T( w, n

2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.

: A( V+ G2 _' t& `8 \3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve. |
