1. 金針菇切除根部,洗淨;紅甜椒切絲待用。& D* U# {/ I2 J, S8 j1 V

1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred. 9 \3 |/ \ O6 v( w5 z1 J7 ~. A8 L: o6 @3 M! z3 N
2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.3 C( K" N- k' T( S" q5 W
