1. 金針菇切除根部,洗淨;紅甜椒切絲待用。

1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred.2 _8 s& a2 b7 i$ b% l7 [0 O B

2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.0 ~" L7 _& R. {
