材料:
) T5 ^. E' o' r7 e; d青花菜、素鱈魚、紅甜椒、白果粒、薑末 M4 _3 z$ K8 E. [* w% w; }0 j
* v* G5 F5 m+ F% `' h調味料:
4 Y+ H3 d3 Y$ E+ t鹽、香菇粉、香油

作法:% a0 |4 u9 N+ s$ P b1 f n! x' M/ q4 d
1.青花菜分切成小朵,洗淨,用少許油炒熟,加少許鹽調味後盛出圍在盤緣備用。
+ R' u5 ]. R' T+ d4 L8 }" X2. 素鱈魚切小丁:甜椒去籽後洗淨,切丁;白果洗淨待用。
! o1 n! X( k& y3. 燒熱少許油,把薑末爆香,再加入素魚丁、甜椒丁及白果拌炒均勻,接著加入所有調味料拌勻,材料熟透時盛出擺在青花菜的中間即可上桌食用。2 K8 F( R2 j# e9 a, {+ W

青花菜、素鳕鱼、红甜椒、白果粒、姜末

调味料:
* R) H7 Z4 h) C. ]# w9 [- l" r9 j: d盐、香菇粉、香油

Seasonings:
0 }3 w$ |% d6 m4 J$ Ksalt, shiitake mushroom powder, light sesame oil

1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate.

& a, K+ m$ Z, A8 R' x! t2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts.
