1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate. : Y/ G* m2 y% U2 Q! B- O; z# O! S# j/ }& u
2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts.+ n/ O. e% K! s) X/ P1 I( W
