1.青花菜分切成小朵,洗淨,用少許油炒熟,加少許鹽調味後盛出圍在盤緣備用。
0 x; V) B& Q" d( j2. 素鱈魚切小丁:甜椒去籽後洗淨,切丁;白果洗淨待用。* Z. y9 J) {, A: G) c
3. 燒熱少許油,把薑末爆香,再加入素魚丁、甜椒丁及白果拌炒均勻,接著加入所有調味料拌勻,材料熟透時盛出擺在青花菜的中間即可上桌食用。

作法:

1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate.% P. \3 m4 L7 m7 G) T9 x. E
) O$ {; b7 n9 [( C0 C4 y2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts.
