We need to find out how much it will cost to install a floodgate (防水閘門) for the entrance of the underground parking. Sand bags (沙包) never worked in any "real" flood, and 沙包 will not work for 國際館地下室出入口. 國際館地下室出入口needs a long term solution.

It will be a big job what is not old woman "me" doing.  When we have meeting next month, I will suggest and discuss the possibility to our chairman of the management committee for the building.

防洪閘門是好宅必備的 這點麗寶應該要做到補強 而且盡快因為
1. 麗寶本館還有大坪數要賣 如何降低買家購買 "一淹成名"的北大特區中的國際館
     除了銷售話術外 有防洪的配備是基本該有的
2. 颱風季將臨 更大雨勢需未與籌繆
