1.青花菜分切成小朵,洗净,用少许油炒熟,加少许盐调味后盛出围在盘缘备用。8 \/ C7 d7 z/ O) k
2. 素鳕鱼切小丁:甜椒去籽后洗净,切丁;白果洗净待用。7 U5 I/ k$ u* d8 z( P: m
3. 烧热少许油,把姜末爆香,再加入素鱼丁、甜椒丁及白果拌炒均匀,接着加入所有调味料拌匀,材料熟透时盛出摆在青花菜的中间即可上桌食用。 3 b5 E; d) a: f, g' M+ l. U! Q3 f- r# i& e b

Methods: $ ^" O9 G$ d1 ~0 i0 N7 J# U2 b2 f1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate. ! O3 a" P' W! Q! \0 _/ ^4 a- E, t/ a, I, w- K
2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts.4 z6 \7 Z6 W: K! C4 z; n9 }, Z
