1.青花菜分切成小朵,洗淨,用少許油炒熟,加少許鹽調味後盛出圍在盤緣備用。" u* u! }' o8 }& ?8 W# \0 ?; B. o0 R
2. 素鱈魚切小丁:甜椒去籽後洗淨,切丁;白果洗淨待用。2 y. h& ~5 w0 y) u

1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate.( f E( a6 G3 U5 J' c
3 _2 V2 T6 m! p2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts. # W9 O' k7 j9 I8 S ^# T # z+ V0 C( Y( v' I# h3.
