作法:
( _, e0 H: v+ C, a! n; Z& c: u1. 金針菇切除根部,洗淨;紅甜椒切絲待用。
" f3 e9 A% M( L: r' h# B/ y2. 將素魚排放入燒熱的炸油煎至表面金黃色即可盛在盤中待用。
* A0 h) l% c' U- F! [: C3. 燒開200cc的水,先加入調味料拌勻,再加入其他材料,煮熟後淋在炸好的素魚排上即可。

【素食第14道】素食蔬食「烩素鱼排」│Braised Vegetarian Fish

素鱼排、金针菇、红甜椒、姜丝、枸杞

调味料:* K L9 t6 K: v% u6 @
盐、香菇粉、胡椒粉、香油

作法:* {) R2 m8 }- t N" p
1. 金针菇切除根部,洗净;红甜椒切丝待用。) s2 B$ |' P: u3 ]) I
2. 将素鱼排放入烧热的炸油煎至表面金黄色即可盛在盘中待用。% V7 M0 e f2 X- ^

vegetarian fish, golden needle mushrooms, red bell pepper, shredded ginger and medlae

Methods:
W6 F2 f2 c9 E5 _% X$ K( K/ v1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred.
