1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred. 6 L1 A) E5 G+ I- o6 B0 g# J m0 z7 v 1 V9 ?5 N% F- F {8 u2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate. 3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve.
