1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate. % e! m6 O& u* u+ @9 N- {4 c# e. D: M) h
2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts. 9 k+ w! Y* s( e4 T I' f' S6 Z" J" u6 f: M' g* G6 K
3. Heat a little oil and stir-fry minced ginger until fragrant. Add vegetarian diced fish, bell pepper and gingki nuts. Stir until even. ) X* R$ c% @5 y6 c* a# z9 p7 E" q7 K/ y1 d% y' U
