1.青花菜分切成小朵,洗淨,用少許油炒熟,加少許鹽調味後盛出圍在盤緣備用。$ a: H/ A" D" F) A# f
2. 素鱈魚切小丁:甜椒去籽後洗淨,切丁;白果洗淨待用。7 K& U e$ l2 M9 @
