Methods: . G% B9 L4 _; y! y i: t# D1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate. 9 K% M9 e) G4 \6 W2 _) @& f/ P! \# m
2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts.; W' | M; p! T8 E5 q; F$ m$ u: s" M, _
