1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate. * ~& k7 g3 J; y, ~0 e7 i6 l) A% R, a2 q9 t
2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts./ {# x% w! K" B
