1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate. & |) p& Q* o2 ?& j* F) |5 T2 g( Z( J
2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts.; s" `5 F3 u9 B* b
