Within the past few years, the wharf has gone through a major renovation process, 5 p# a l% @8 l2 K9 H$ hbuilding several new buildings including restaurants, hotels, shops, and the Lover Bridge of Tamsui, ; C. S# n( w1 G" m! i) @5 _

At night, the bridge illuminates with a wide variety of colours. 9 V% l: g# v8 `Since the wharf is located a bit outside of Taipei City, 3 [$ q7 C, v( {# E# a- [% B+ `
