1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate. 0 T, C/ r; a2 T2 w2 l1 A9 V) E& _( P
2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts. + u& b: B1 a# c; S8 e# Q" y6 d' g* q- w" v ~
