嫩豆腐、白果、熟青豆仁、紅甜椒、

, _+ j7 ?$ f! g1 N; g3 r醬油、番茄醬、素沙茶醬、香菇粉、太白粉水/ q6 e# ^- x( G# q z. N

1.將豆腐切成塊狀,接著放入燒熱的炸油裡,用中火炸成金黃色即可撈出,滴乾油後排盤。" b- B3 A+ }8 b9 Z+ k! P
2.白果、青豆仁洗淨;甜椒洗淨,切小塊。" P- s( n( p u9 B. C
3.將上述材料用少許油拌炒一下,再加入醬油番茄醬、素沙茶醬、香菇粉,最後加入太白粉水勾芡,然後盛出淋在炸好的豆腐上即可。

soy sauce, ketchup, vegetarian barbecue sauce and 6 x/ G7 m3 `, s( ~ h
shiitake mushroom powder, cornstarch solution.

1. Cut tofu into small pieces. Deep-fry in smoking ( |7 B0 I/ Y- Y0 ~; ~" b
oil over medium heat until golden and remove to ' R/ b' D3 n, R! b
drain. Then arrange in serving plate.# b9 s- e" S1 I7 c+ g
2. Rinse gingko nuts and green peas well. Rinse

3. Stir-fry the above ingredients in wok with a % t9 d. k7 I0 ]
little oil added. Stir for a minute and season with
' O! O |# R) h: b! c5 Isoy sauce, ketchup, vegetarian barbecue sauce and
4 V0 p: ^6 H% Mshiitake mushroom powder to taste. Thicken with
