【素食第14道】親子烹飪素食蔬食「燴素魚排」│烩素鱼排│Braised Vegetarian Fish

0 Q% Y/ n0 `% W; B- z7 K) y0 k5 Z素魚排、金針菇、紅甜椒、薑絲、枸杞

調味料:

1. 金針菇切除根部,洗淨;紅甜椒切絲待用。& ^0 S$ W( ^3 V3 p
2. 將素魚排放入燒熱的炸油煎至表面金黃色即可盛在盤中待用。/ P0 t6 ?& S% a/ z# p
3. 燒開200cc的水,先加入調味料拌勻,再加入其他材料,煮熟後淋在炸好的素魚排上即可。

1. 金针菇切除根部,洗净;红甜椒切丝待用。

1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred.1 ]: M) a4 \2 E

2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.

3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve. |
