作法: 9 `+ J1 a( V. {2 ]* Z2 C4 ? Q+ W9 o1. 金针菇切除根部,洗净;红甜椒切丝待用。 2 p! Z- g( \" M, ~$ b! J0 v3 W2. 将素鱼排放入烧热的炸油煎至表面金黄色即可盛在盘中待用。# b* f5 l" z1 G8 ]2 M0 G; p
3. 烧开200cc的水,先加入调味料拌匀,再加入其他材料,煮熟后淋在炸好的素鱼排上即可。7 W1 r8 x4 A$ p* v2 S+ P1 n. ~

5 t) W2 U0 ^4 b% d0 {4 I% zMethods: ) i4 D; @ r3 b1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred. & S `! _+ a0 R5 X9 G1 b$ B3 |2 u' Z) I$ f$ Z
2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate. - ~9 `1 y. S' R J2 V( \9 I& R: Y , K4 g j0 s0 f2 U! p. H5 U3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve.
