【素食第14道】親子烹飪素食蔬食「燴素魚排」│烩素鱼排│Braised Vegetarian Fish

素魚排、金針菇、紅甜椒、薑絲、枸杞% z0 n8 Y1 W, `/ F) V/ t( O

2. 將素魚排放入燒熱的炸油煎至表面金黃色即可盛在盤中待用。, m1 R' c! D" j3 w" N
3. 燒開200cc的水,先加入調味料拌勻,再加入其他材料,煮熟後淋在炸好的素魚排上即可。1 W1 m' c! E! o

盐、香菇粉、胡椒粉、香油

作法:

Methods:+ T+ k/ i+ N6 C/ D5 C' G: S2 \+ y2 {
1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred.

2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.

3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve. |
