+ k5 y; L/ R7 n- I0 t1. 金針菇切除根部,洗淨;紅甜椒切絲待用。

盐、香菇粉、胡椒粉、香油

4 M8 x. t" a' B6 i; l1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred./ c# } j& M Q7 C4 T

2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.2 b+ }- Z4 w! P% Q
