Sour Cream Pound Cake:
2 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp backing powder
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz butter,slightly softened(視個人口味稍微減少些)
2 1/2 cup sugar(視個人口味稍微減少些我用1 1/2 cup)
5 large eggs @ room temp.
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp almond extract
1tsp coconut extract
1tsp grated lemon zest
1 cup sour cream
1 cup raisins or berries (optional)
Preheat oven to 300 deg. Butter & flour pan/s
Beat the Butter until fluffy. Add sugar
Beat eggs in one at a time. Add extract & lemon zest.
Add flour mixture & mix just until dry and wet ingredients are incorporated. then use spatula to mix ingredients. Carefully fold in raisins or berries.
Bake 60-65 mins if using fresh berries,70-90min if using frozen
