大家來練英文!!首先.本網站應該是ibeita? or ibeta? 當然.音譯的東西沒有誰對誰錯的問題.

I am overwhelmed by the kind responses from all the sweet members. I had my unit closed on 4-20-2012.

The unit was viewed on the 5th (Chinese New Year calender) after the Chinese New Year, and I put the deposit down that very same day. It is a 1XX P (including X parking spaces) unit on the 1Xth floor. The interest rate was amazing.

This will be on First "House" in Taiwan, I was away since 1979, it has been a while.

I am so glad that I am coming home. I will be staying a few months out of a year in the beginning. Love you all.

北大這邊許多社區都有類似狀況.
因為北大的優雅環境與國外的相似度很高.

除了美西, 加拿大之外, 我所知的北大還是南非華人的非洲村.
一個拉一個來買.

另外包括南美等地區也都有許多華人回國置產.

I choose 北大特區 because my loving wife of 30+ years is a resident of San-Shia, and like the other post said: ...因為北大的優雅環境...".

I've done a lot of on-line researches before I went into the water. I went house-hunting the very day the market open after the Chinese New Year, and put the deposit down the same afternoon.

The 北大特區 is such a beautiful community, and how about all the good people here? that is a major PLUS.

Thanks. I see that you have a Mazda 3 with your ID photo, I had a MS3 2009, I loved it. I add a Cold-Air-Intake, and boosted the HP to 270, 0-60 at less than 5.2 sec.

Glad to meet you here. If I had not visited my friends living Beta area last year, I would still live in Taipei.(I bought my condo last May 31th.)
People enjoy urban residence due to convenient transportation for commuters,available amusement to channel pressure and updated information inspiring their upward mobilities, I would rather stay peaceful and friendly environment as Beta than downtown. I'm used to have bike riding with my son along the sidewalk called 藝術大道 which is bigger than the main road. If you have a bike and you love doing exercise, you would bump into us along the sidewalk some day. (Id photo is my son)
By the way, I have a 25-year-old student ,who has autism,lives in 麗寶 as well. It can easy tell who he is.
Finally, please free to share your opinions, questions anytime on the website. Most of the resident here are very very very very very very very very very very very very very kindly and friendly.
