想請問逍遙夫婦有什麼idea? Potluck 可行嗎?
玉美和我曾想過買薑母鴨回家吃,也許可加上羊肉爐,
大快朵頤一翻,讓滯留美國的族人留口水.

我們下週四、六有事,二、三、五、日都可以,
請在三峽的族人回應。謝謝!

I vote for more vegies too. Next Thursday (1/16) and Sunday (1/19) are no good for us. Any other time should be fine with us!

We voted for eating out which will be easier for all of us. Since we also can provide car ride, we don't necessary book Sanxia restaurants for this gathering.

Our availability are Tuesday, 01/14, and Wednesday, 01/15 for this week. Next week should be free for us as of now.

我和汪先生通過電話,他表示很歡迎我們到他家potluck,
玉美也認為我們換換口味在家裡吃一頓每家拿手的菜如何?
去年我們也曾經有過一次,和其他朋友,八九個人在他家聚餐過,
每一個人出一道菜,汪先生說他準備茶水及水果,
不知大家覺得如何?

PS.逍遙,可不可以問湘妮姊? Angel,可不可以問Wendy參加嗎?
還有沈默的秀琴,出出聲吧!

I am sorry, I am not good in cooking, Wendy either. Wendy and I are eager to see all of you. What can we cook? Usually, I eat just vegetable , tofu and egg, so that I am very happy to eat out with all of you. When my children were small , usually I went to restaurant to buy two main dishes and prepared sala or cooked vegetable dish,or just fried meats.

I think that lunch is better. I do not drive when it is dark ,because I can not see clearly when it is dark.

時間: 5pm~10pm
地點: 哈佛A棟, 汪沛民先生府上 (屆時,我會在哈佛大廳等候大家,一起上去)
參與人: 考拉熊、逍遙夫婦、Shrley、Angel99、Wendy、汪先生、玉美&Joey 共九人

偏向素菜類的朋友,就帶疏菜,沙拉也可,我們確實都應多吃疏菜,
玉美準備做炒米粉和一個湯,我會做一個肉類。

汪沛民先生個性隨和、風趣,曾任哈佛主委,
目前獨居於哈佛, 夫人在台南照顧父親,
他頗為寂寞,很歡迎大家到他家熱鬧熱鬧,
他家寬敞乾淨,景觀優美,大家也可順便欣賞一下。

湘妮姐 will bring 紅燒圓蹄 & 甜湯
考拉熊夫婦 will bring pork dish & vegetable,

聚餐圓滿結束,純吃飯聊天,沒有唱歌,因為大家都很自重{:14_834:}
雖然主人一直說要唱,但,必竟是星期一晚上,留給鄰居一個安靜的夜晚吧!
菜餚非常豐富,十個人準備了二十個吃都夠的菜,
照片上擺的之外,還有酸辣湯和湘妮姐自製的桂花酒釀芝麻湯圓,哇!棒透了!

謝謝Joey夫婦的建議與組織，非常成功的聚餐，主客盡歡而散！

再仔細看看菜餚,發現我們擺得非常好,絕非特意排的,老天有靈,讓我們歡樂過年也,
中間五道都是素菜 - 代表著素菜為主、健康第一的現在人飲食,
外側兩行的四個角落均是主食 - 全為素食的水餃,鍋貼及炒米粉,
上側中間是豬、牛、羊肉,下側中間則是肘子(圓蹄)和蝦 - 代表著我們的豐衣足食。
當然另外還有酸辣湯,代表酸甜苦辣的多彩人生;
桂花酒釀圓子甜湯,代表著花開人圓,把酒歡暢的甜蜜溫馨友誼。
