有住戶沒有購買垃圾袋而直接將一般垃圾袋裝垃圾後丟到垃圾桶裡. 請這些住戶注意了. 台北市跟新北市是垃圾隨袋徵收, 大家要養成習慣自己買政府規定的垃圾袋丟垃圾,不要造成清潔人員的多於負擔. 雖然我們是花錢請他們來清潔,但是他們也很辛苦, 大家對他們的尊重也是對我們自己的尊重. 還有我去倒垃圾的時候, 經常看到箱子就丟在規定的地方,那是沒錯,但是卻少了一個動作,就是將它攤平. 有一次竟然發現疊的很高, 請問住戶,順手割一下會花你們多少時間呢? 將來住戶會越來越多,若大家都將整個箱子放到地上,那不就滿出來了呢? 請住戶自重一下,免得將來為了看是哪些住戶而裝上監視器,那就不是太好看囉. 希望自稱是高級住宅的麗寶住戶,行為也能拿出比其他社區更有好榜樣的行為態度出來.

小垃圾袋各戶用的也要買政府規定的嗎? 是不是各戶自行裝小垃圾袋, 再統一放在政府規定的大垃圾袋中就可以嗎?
之前問過台北市環保局說是可以的...

沒錯是可以裝在小垃圾袋裡面一包包,然後再用政府規定的垃圾袋裝起來丟. (其實政府這樣做是有圖利一些工廠吧, 可是我們老百姓又能如何. 唉) 但是我說的是有些人是外面一包不是政府規定的垃圾袋. 其實若被抓到社區是會被罰款的喔. 因為我先前的社區就被警告過且被罰過款. 我不希望罰錢了,才害怕了錢才去做.

Yes, let's plan the party. Please PM me so I can add up the number of my party goers.

I did not give my contractor a specific date to finish, I'd just asked him to do it slow and do it right the first time; so no re-finishing touch up will be needed. He can in return gave me a better price, and easier for him to move his subcontractors around his job sites at his own schedules.

I'd love to show my unit to all my good friends on the board. I did most the 'designing ideal' myself, and the designer did was to put my ideal in real measurements and plans.
