我也一樣被同事,親戚朋友,問到爆,我回答她們北大社區是有淹水,但我們國際館真的没淹到水,老天爺有保佑,因為住在國際館裡的每個人都是福將啊!

請問Cis0823芳鄰，不知道你的車位是否已經標示“私人車位”或“車牌號碼”，如果有的話，那麼這位芳鄰或外賓，不是目不識丁便是近視度數太深了。我想他應該沒有蓄意“霸佔”的動機，而只是為圖自己一時的方便罷了！其實國際館住戶的車位簡直多得有點奢侈〈本人就只有一車，卻被要求買雙位〉，所以應不至於惡劣到讓自己的車位閒置，反而去佔用別人的。總之，今後要避免這種不愉快的經驗，趕緊請物管小姐幫你的車位掛上身分證，讓想貪圖方便的外客有所辨別而不敢輕易冒犯。

將車號記下來然後給物館去查查看是否停錯了. 你是地下幾樓的車位呀. 我想地下一跟二樓是不是比較容易被停? 因為他們懶得再往下一層去停{:4_144:}

Is there a phone number to call immediately for this kind of situation?? My condo in Houston has the number of the tow truck services posted, because only the tow truck services has the ability to move the vehicle from your spot.

Calling HOA or any other Management Services (物管) will not work, because they do not have the ability to remove the vehicle from your assigned spot. Some people needs to be taught a lesson before they learn to respect the rule of the law. '懶得' is never an excuse.
