階梯.小口袋及各位芳鄰大家好啊: 當初我看這裡的房子時,真的深深的被這裡的一切 (包括硬體. 軟體 ) 深深的吸引住,這裡的文化藝術氣息濃厚,不只是優雅,有學識.有成就,連我家的門牌號碼都精心選過哦,
新北市學成路南園里5鄰5..號5樓呵呵呵,所以說住在這裡的所有的人都很有福氣,所謂褔田褔人居也.

一、看了各位大大把國際館形容盡致，字裡行間無不絕妙好詞、斐然成章，國際館非得再登龍門聲價百倍......是眾人之所願。
二、分享雨軒購屋之機緣：
(一)北大特區很早以前都是農地，主要道路只有佳園路、三樹路(樹林、三峽間縣道)，誰能想到在95年迄今短短5年間，發展的如此迅速。記得去年初來特區看屋，或許基於職業的敏感度，事先了解特區內的分布(何處舊址是屠宰場、變電所等等)，社區大樓住戶的水平，陸陸續續看過康橋水花園、哲園、大學劍橋、北美館、紫京城、世紀館等，最後選定了國際館。因為她面南、基地方正、車位多、住戶素質高、公設相對較低、附近無嫌惡設施等，想不愛她也難，經過4次的殺價才成交，最後一次為了爭取降價，甚至都已離開代銷接待館，海悅才勉強同意心目中的價格，請我們進入訂約。
(二)後來交屋後，才知道門牌號碼是563號，563代表我家(雨軒姓吳、內人姓劉、育有3子)，是不是很巧呢？好像冥冥之中老天自有安排。
(三)去年12月份喬遷至今，面對遠處青山、中庭園池，更認識了許多芳鄰好友，心中無限欣喜，抱持一顆感恩的心，要感謝的人太多了，那就謝天吧！

何其有幸能與大家同登 "大雅"之堂! 相信大家每晚都能帶著笑意入夢!

告訴一下有閒的鄰居, 我昨午到里仁上烹飪課, 老師提到要去新莊參觀"名豐"豆漿廠, 每人只要一百元, 可以喝豆漿跟吃一餐與參觀他製作過程. 但是團體要一百人左右. 所以告訴有興趣的人, 請各自到學成路的里仁店去了解跟報名喔. 是安排在星期四早上, 但因為人數未確定, 所以日期還未定奪

I love old songs, this is the one. Concerning factory of soybean milk (please let me know if "豆漿" it is collect to say so "soybean milk" in USA. I don't want to become Chinese English. {:4_140:} ), this brand is quite famous in Taiwan market. Maybe 國際館 can go together one day if the number is over 100 persons.

I 是很空不忙碌的, I may stay 3-4 weeks in the begining, and add a week or so each additional year, but may not stay longer than six months each year.
