There are holes in the book for the 違法夜市 to work around the rules of the law. 只有警察國家that the local police can close something down with no regard of the law.

The 違法夜市 can open because our police has to follow the law. We are ruled by the law, not by the people nor by the option of the people.

I am so sorry I do not have the time nor the ability to do the argument about what the police can or can not do; it is too big a subject for me.

我很想知道朱市長今天的行程 有哪位大大剛好在新北市府上班可以透露一下嗎
可能是
1.在家看到風雨太大 就打電話給幕僚 宣布停班停課
2.上班途中發現風雨很大 叫司機掉頭 並打電話給幕僚 宣布停班停課
3.到了市政府的市長辦公室 辦公到一半 發現台北已經宣布停班停課 想到 喔 我前幾天才說我不是無腦的人 怎能被郝龍斌比下去 趕緊宣布停班停課
