[/size][color=DarkOrchid]時間地點：8/11(星期六)下午大約4~5點多時...在本社區大廳ㄉ商務中心

尋人原由：想找到她ㄉ姪女~於上學期間星期1至5一大早上...共乘計程車至學校!!!


話說...那天ㄉ下午~我有過去跟她們聊了一下下!!!
悉知....她帶了1位國中同學﹙同樣考上北一女中﹚~來社區姑姑家玩!!!
她住在哈佛社區~
她同學住在三峽老街~
她們倆在商務中心看書~
她們都在北車高偉補習班補數學~

以上~就是我那天所知ㄉ狀況嚕~

想麻煩各位鄰居們...也幫我想想有那位鄰居跟我所述狀況雷同~
可否麻煩~發個短訊告訴我一聲...我自己來跟她連絡一下嚕~謝啦!!!


目前規畫路線為... 北一女→建中→華江高中
集合地點...家樂福門口
集合時間...早上6:20
目前人數...已有4位~想再多找2~3位共乘者好多分擔一些車資嚕!!

100年3月参觀過幾個建案,開價數目及成交價數目,僅供参考:

一. 板橋,新板特區,麗寶建設東方富邑,一坪開價90萬元左右 , 成交價在 70 - 55 萬元左右. ( 三鐵共構 )

二. 新莊副都心邊緣,興富發建設新富邑,開價在 55 - 60 萬左右 , 成交價大約在 45 - 50 萬元左右.

三. 淡水台北灣 , 湯泉第二期 ,開價在 26 -29 萬元左右,成交價大約在 15 -19 左右 .最近推出 第三期 頤和

單價未知,它標榜的是,輕軌捷運,有山有水,風景真的是很美,缺點是靠海邊,氣候潮濕,容易堵車.

四. 桃園南坎 , 中悅國寶 ,開價在 26 - 29 萬元 左右 成交價大約在 20- 22 左右. 靠山邊.

五.以上僅供参考,聽說今年因景氣不佳,以上在價格上都有略降的趨勢 .

新板特區近台北,又是三鐵共構,所以那裡的環境其實也不差,只是價位上實在是有點貴,倒不如來買我們

北大特區來得好.
