Thanks, I am in the States, not back yet, the contractors are moving in to work on the condo starting 6-1-2012, I may or may not be back to sit on them.

I am arranging to ship my cars and some 家電 back in a 40'er, still waiting on the estimated trans-Pacific cost from the movers.

. c' E$ y4 a% ]) x& v( c4 a' m& C2 N& fI miss my Mazda Speed3. I traded it in for the last of the HONDA S2000. The 2009 S2000 was the last model year, HONDA dropped the S2000 line in 2010.

! \& \+ s( C. d3 IWe are looking forward having you as our neighbor. It was nice to live in Hsan-Hsia after retirement and we are sure that you will enjoy living here.

We will return to TW on June 12 and plan to stay for a year before heading back to States.
