供應商資料搜尋/整理/建檔採購詢價及比價;
1 W% |  q- E# A1 o$ R# o/ h下訂, 做PO, 確認交期
安排工廠進貨和出口作業
確認貨品的數量和規格
# T: Z* v) d/ Z7 n8 I* b確認出貨貨品嘜頭
- d1 f. D6 d4 b2 x% o: p7 G維護採購制度及採購管理系統
2 y. r; a$ C" h- J+ i4 n2 b. a+ Q定期進行請款作業，並整理採購相關表單(整理應付帳款)
定期製作相關採購及付款報表，統計分析進貨狀況
. i8 R9 t* a  v/ Q* }維護供應商資料及供應商評鑑程序
