Dear Celavie68:

From 0 ~ 99 who can speak and like to speak English are welcome to join us. By the way, this is not a training, it's a conversation activity indeed, thus there is no "class" for anyone and we settle it at Sat. since most of club members are free in that time.

Sorry for late response since I haven't login here for a while, the SanXia stands for 三峽, not 三夏

CEC stands for Community English Club, it's a FREE weekly English conversation club which was grouped by English enthusiast who lives nearby 三峽北大特區, so it's not an English training club, it's just a conversation place for the one who is addicted in English speaking.
