「波西米亞女孩」中的詠嘆調 I Dreamt I Dwelt in Marble Halls

I Dreamt I Dwelt in Marble Halls (我夢見我居住在大理石城堡) 是 1843 年歌劇 The Bohemian Girl 第二幕中的經典詠嘆調，歌曲背景是從小被綁架的奧地利貴族之女 Arline，愛上了波蘭流亡貴族 Thaddeus，並夢見自己居住在建材高雅的大理石造城堡內。

1936 年，Laurel and Hardy (勞萊與哈弟) 系列電影之一 A Comedy Version of The Bohemian Girl 中，有一個 Jacqueline Wells 的版本很受歡迎，演唱的情緒也很契合歌劇中要表達的情境。Laurel and Hardy 兩人是早年台灣電影「王哥與柳哥」系列的原型，年代已久，鮮少年輕人知道，而這首詠嘆調，經愛爾蘭女歌手 Enya 在錄音室裡繁複雕琢與包裝後，變成一首空靈唯美的美聲作品。

' P# a. q& J9 f! N# i9 z$ EJoan Sutherland 的版本雖然經過數位化處理，仍聽得出卓越的演唱技巧。Enya 音樂的空靈氣氛，我還蠻喜歡的，她的音樂該歸類在 New Age 音樂範疇，具有心靈治療的功能。

很經典又很好聽的詠嘆調,妙的是,這一陣子我常聽ENYA唱這首歌,卻直到現在才知道她是一首歌劇的詠嘆調!
% d, p$ i5 t; u3 M, D: W另外,您提供的這個Sutherland於 1962 年錄製的版本,光是前奏的音樂,聽起來就讓人頭皮與全身發麻!
