Methods: ( u g* D: A% J" R3 }, f7 B1. Rinse almond mushrooms well and cut into slices. Deep-fry in smoking oil over medium heat until golden on surface. Drain well.: t3 g# }) [+ h2 s- S5 ]2 H P2 C

2. Rinse chili pepper and cut into sections. Stir-fry with the sgredded ginger in wok with oil added until fragrant. Return the deep-fried mushrooms. Mix well, season with soy sauce, vegetarian barbecue sauce and shiitake mushrooms powder to taste. Added rinsed basil to mix and combine evenly. Thicken with cornstarch solution and drizzle with sesame oil. Serve.
