素食-蔬食「地瓜濃湯麵」的湯頭有天然的甜甜香味，濃稠的口感小朋友很喜歡，可以依個人喜好加入不一樣食材，小芭樂很喜歡吃菇類，所以芭樂爸放了珊瑚菇。如果不加入麵條，可以當成一般的濃湯喝，也可以加入白飯，變成濃湯泡飯，所以學會一種濃湯湯底，就可以變化出各種菜色，讓孩子吃到特別的一餐，營養美味的一餐。 + Z: c8 |; `0 t' \$ B7 e 7 ^0 L2 g1 f3 i0 b6 l e9 K! @' ~( b; V3 i) ~
