2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate. 0 Y& E7 q# j1 t& ]& y' H 3 s0 b& ?8 [2 Q# v4 j0 }- s3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve.
