1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred. 3 A" M( V; F9 e6 P4 T# ]. Y8 A; H+ ?8 V+ T% j
