1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred. + D( v! P( ?' I+ y4 n" `+ N, D
2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate. ) Z# L$ r! V8 i7 g5 A - g* d/ n/ W1 ^5 z0 O; V O( e3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve.
