1. 金针菇切除根部,洗净;红甜椒切丝待用。 . V, I" X) l/ i1 i$ E7 W& K2. 将素鱼排放入烧热的炸油煎至表面金黄色即可盛在盘中待用。 D l, L2 _: \# T+ Y! B3. 烧开200cc的水,先加入调味料拌匀,再加入其他材料,煮熟后淋在炸好的素鱼排上即可。: k* o( F. W* E3 J

1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred.* b$ Y1 |7 H% @* u/ F5 Z9 Z8 P; I" W
4 ~" P4 m% N. W: u0 W7 W2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate. 9 \9 K8 B% C; ~" s% y, ]9 C5 T ) |4 w4 j/ s% R3 Z+ w3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve.
