1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred. 0 J% Y. m! K2 G" K5 v; R# I! H$ }2 j9 l9 `2 b% H1 c: E X
2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.( K- a9 ]( f9 \6 |+ a k) R* {( a

3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve.
