1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well. Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred. 4 H3 v w% ^+ v2 {! n3 {! D4 Z: l2 w- e! l
