1. 將番茄洗淨,切除蒂頭後切圓薄片,排成圈狀於盤中待用。) e0 A# y) V2 J; u

2. Combine crisp deep-frying powder well with suitable amount of water to make batter.% P+ N7 g, L0 [, T6 c. U) ?
3. Rinse monkey mushrooms and cut into slices. Squeeze out the excess water, marinate with all the seasonings along with minced ginger added until flavour is absorbed. Remove and coat each slice with a layer of batter. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on surface. Remove and drain well, then transfer to the center of the tomato sliced. Serve with pepper salt or ketchup as a dip.
