In return, I will be providing a room free of rent. All you need to take care of is the electricity you use.

All I want is to have a chance to practice English conversation when we are both free. Of course, when you are not in the mood to talk, I will not bother you. It's ok if you don't understand Chinese. In fact, having me as a roommate can also help you to learn Chinese this way.
