日本網必需是要日本的  sim 卡！ 所以基本上無解！

google play  應該可以下載呀！ 除非你是要下載圖片！ 這個因為台市府和 google 為了 7 天鑑賞期問題！ 導致 google play 無法購買任何東西！ 所以你也下載不了！

手機直接download Line APP 最完整
Line 也有手機版，可以跟手機同步操作；很方便喔！
