我們所經歷的事，不可能，絕不可能以其他的方式發生，即便是最不重要的細節也不會。並不存在「要是我當時做法不一樣…那麼結果就會不一樣。」。無論發生什麼事，那都是唯一會發生的，而且一定要那樣發生，才能讓我們學到經驗，以便繼續前進。生命中，我們經驗的每一種情境都是絕對完美的，即便它不符我們的理解與自尊。7 h. T( g& _+ |8 h# i' i

Nothing, absolutely nothing of that which we experienced could have been any other way. Not even in the least important detail. There is no “If only I had done that differently…, then it would have been different…”. No. What happened is the only thing that could have taken place and must have taken place for us to learn our lesson in order to move forward. Every single situation in life which we encounter is absolutely perfect, even when it defies our understanding and our ego.5 A4 H% u0 T1 a! V

只不過...現在遇到的狀況,讓我沒辦法消化....還吞不下去....很卡.....
