: f. N7 G; N: x1 C; RSome members were asking information about shipping his/her own car back to Taiwan from the US, I thought I start a new thread here for everyone to share their valuable info on the How-To, and Do-Don't.2 D7 R" |% Q3 y4 a+ q  |2 H

* {: y" G( U7 J6 H* ~4 k; v( jOne important note, some shipper will not allow household items in the shipping container with your vehicle, I am waiting for a quote from 松福, they will allow household items in the container with the car, that saves a lot on shipping costs. I am shipping back two (2) Honda S2000s, I am the original owner on both cars.5 C4 o* S4 I. v4 g

除了運費跟關稅外 據說比較麻煩的是ARTC驗車

如果您真的外匯進來了 也麻煩分享一下相關程序跟價格

人家歐美日所得是我們的好幾倍 車價卻比不上我們台灣

$ N8 @# R; O; s- D台灣用進口關稅保護國產車 反而變成國產車賣進口價+ Q8 u4 O7 p. N7 I6 |- L

( }) ^1 H1 x8 P9 @然後配備又不齊全 只能說在台灣買車就像是待宰的肥羊啊...

The fair market value of a low mileage (2008, 2,500 miles) all original, like-new S2000 CR (which is a collector's model, HONDA had the CR only in 2008) is estimated at NT1,800,000. (its US blue-book value is around US$30,000). There are other factors as well.

+ J$ m  U$ P5 k' i, I4 yMy total cost, therefore, is estimated at US$46,000 on the road in Taiwan. There are other S2000 in Taiwan, so there will not be a lot problems in passing the ARTC 驗車.
