Some members were asking information about shipping his/her own car back to Taiwan from the US, I thought I start a new thread here for everyone to share their valuable info on the How-To, and Do-Don't.( C' w0 T3 K) \) g

One important note, some shipper will not allow household items in the shipping container with your vehicle, I am waiting for a quote from 松福, they will allow household items in the container with the car, that saves a lot on shipping costs. I am shipping back two (2) Honda S2000s, I am the original owner on both cars./ _1 k# S; L5 @: _

除了運費跟關稅外 據說比較麻煩的是ARTC驗車6 H+ n; ~! _& _) F- U

如果您真的外匯進來了 也麻煩分享一下相關程序跟價格

( T1 `7 H/ \2 v" o1 [4 {' n在這裡不免要抱怨一下台灣的車商

人家歐美日所得是我們的好幾倍 車價卻比不上我們台灣 5 J9 [9 i: r& p" r* S
& w: j9 d1 F( s0 e& s
台灣用進口關稅保護國產車 反而變成國產車賣進口價

然後配備又不齊全 只能說在台灣買車就像是待宰的肥羊啊...

The fair market value of a low mileage (2008, 2,500 miles) all original, like-new S2000 CR (which is a collector's model, HONDA had the CR only in 2008) is estimated at NT1,800,000. (its US blue-book value is around US$30,000). There are other factors as well.
