I am overwhelmed by the kind responses from all the sweet members. I had my unit closed on 4-20-2012.1 m. A+ G; ^5 q) b

The unit was viewed on the 5th (Chinese New Year calender) after the Chinese New Year, and I put the deposit down that very same day. It is a 1XX P (including X parking spaces) unit on the 1Xth floor. The interest rate was amazing. % H7 E! u" }, Q1 z; T. V
' X& [; r+ d. q4 M/ H& ?
This will be on First "House" in Taiwan, I was away since 1979, it has been a while.
" G% c6 U( N" c6 d! V. D
& ?) r5 o) z* bI am so glad that I am coming home. I will be staying a few months out of a year in the beginning. Love you all.

因為北大的優雅環境與國外的相似度很高.: U# z# S1 ?( H! N. i* x! W

( k  l% S+ S- f# ]除了美西, 加拿大之外, 我所知的北大還是南非華人的非洲村.
% l- n5 o3 i- V6 u7 U9 y一個拉一個來買.1 L8 w! B" L5 M- d% x+ y$ I

Thanks. I see that you have a Mazda 3 with your ID photo, I had a MS3 2009, I loved it. I add a Cold-Air-Intake, and boosted the HP to 270, 0-60 at less than 5.2 sec.

People enjoy urban residence due to convenient transportation for commuters,available amusement to channel pressure and updated information inspiring their upward mobilities, I would rather stay peaceful and friendly environment as Beta than downtown. I'm used to have bike riding with my son along the sidewalk called 藝術大道 which is bigger than the main road. If you have a bike and you love doing exercise, you would bump into us along the sidewalk some day. (Id photo is my son)4 s$ @: L$ J+ k8 Z+ x
     By the way, I have a 25-year-old student ,who has autism,lives in 麗寶 as well. It can easy tell who he is.

$ M) W  W, U8 i5 N% PI miss my Mazda Speed3. I traded it in for the last of the HONDA S2000. The 2009 S2000 was the last model year, HONDA dropped the S2000 line in 2010.

We have under ground parking but does not own a car yet. We set our eyes on Mazda Miata or Mini Cooper and thinking to bring it back from States. Any ideas how the process works? Can we go through car dealership in States?

My friend bring their Audi A6 back to TW, they wait 1 1/2 years to get their car, because TW DMV said that the car can't pass their test and complaint the car have too many option. Therefore we give up and sale our car before we move. # Y) ?) D' K0 a- h, X) U8 p8 k
飛達 is my best choice moving company in the State, because they really care your furniture. We already live here for an year and very enjoy! Welcome back and wish meet you guys sometime (State reunion.....^_^)

Thank you for the info. We were told that unless we brought back an expensive car (value > NT$2,000K) than it would not worth it after all the taxes and processing fees. That said, it may be cheaper to buy car in TW if we do need one. Hsan-Hsia has excellent buses transportation to Taipei and MRT for that we may not need a car but we are still pondering the buy ...# ^& I$ Y. f  g. Z+ S6 Q; e8 s

- [( z/ Y: P1 L- _You are right! Only luxury vechical worth the money to bring it back, but still, need to consider the maintance and the repair parts in the future! Take easy for a while until you really need a vechical.

One important note, some shipped will not allow house-whole items in the shipping container with your vehicle, I am waiting for a quote from 松福, they will allow house-whole items in the container with the car, that saves a lot on shipping costs. There are quite a few taxes and costs which make the average car ( My car is Volvo XC70) uneconomical to bring in plus Hsan-Hsia has excellent buses transportation, so we are still pondering do we need a car in Taiwan.

You are correct 100%. Some make/models are not cost effective to bringing into Taiwan after one adds up all the fees and import duties. The issue depends on a lot of variable factors. My Honda S2000 is on the recommended "bringing-in" list because the rarity of the car. Honda ended the S2000 line in year 2009. This model is now much sought after.

9 F- P2 z& ?0 MWe wait till settle down then purchased vechical in TW. In the very beginning, we all take public transportation between 北大 and other city.
