2 b( g: N6 ~& w2 v% a每週會有不同款益智遊戲, 主題也會換, 像是有數學學習遊戲, 時間教具, 黏土活動, 分類配對, 等等
% E3 F/ o" X- X8 N" W9 VThis group is once a week, each time focusing on a certain skill. The skill can be theme-based (styrofoam, clay, crayons, glue, puzzles, stickers, activity books), subject-based (counting or sorting, telling time, or patterning), or skill-based (matching, tracing, coloring, lacing, or tying).

Your questions are always welcome! There are certain infinitives that can follow verbs without the need for "to" before it.  "Come" is one of those. Here are other examples.( y  H- f0 B5 I; c6 Q& j* W( t

Yeah, I understand them.  I taught grammar for many many years to adults at Global Village using their "English" Chinese book.    Global Village is where I learned a lot of my Chinese adjectives and nouns and also Chinese characters.  Every time I said something, my adult students would translate them in Chinese for me because my Chinese was really weak back then.

! f0 W+ d2 I. k7 zGo buy and come join are not informal English. It's real English. If you look in any English academic textbook, real American English or British English grammar books, there is a lesson on these special infinitives.  I would recommend looking at Pearson, Scholastic, or other big publishers.  I love grammar and I love answering questions on grammar.  So, message me anytime.

還是找不到文法中有所謂的"Special infinitives",真是傷腦筋.
. M. B' l' L, [" d比較可以確定的是,come join與 go buy可以用,但仍屬於口語範疇.1 ]9 }  ]5 Z  e) w+ p
繼續努力,如果外國文法書中,確實有此一章節專論"Special infinitives",# d2 Y) E5 ^+ @1 O5 S4 N- ]
也算是新知識,收穫匪淺.

The links you provided didn't really talk about the issue we're discussing. The English one was about regular gerunds vs. regular infinitives.  The Chinese one was a personal opinion of several assumptions about the uses of come, go, let, etc.

In American textbooks, you'll find that most "verb + verb" patterns fall under a command.  In grammar terms, it's called imperative sentences.  Here are some examples of imperatives:

Go find your mother.: B- ~& t# \$ k; I% D* S4 l$ i8 P
Come wait for your turn.+ M5 W9 i/ H6 m" l7 Z

Make her stop moving.- C( T* X) K5 _* e. [

3 X* @, w1 q* [9 C+ OThere are other "verb + verb" patterns with the infinitive being used as adjectives, therefore, omitting the "to":

2 |1 G7 K, G8 p# i$ l  u0 IIn "Chinese" English grammar books, the above rule would probably be explained with state-of-being verbs, verbs that don't have actions, like feel, taste, etc.  But that would not be true.  If you look at the five sentences above, four are action verbs, and only one is a state-of-being verb.' n  o' I# X5 F7 g6 t

7 y+ B; K! I( O- P2 ?' n7 zIf they appear in textbooks, they are not "colloquial" or "informal".  They are an authentic part of the English language.  In grammar books, they still fall under the chapter of infinitives.  There is no such thing as "special infinitives" or "special verbs."  What I meant by special infinitives, unquoted, was that these infinitives have special usages just like those mentioned above.  P$ Q' w7 x# p. ?2 l

% @6 a/ W. x/ ?7 o4 N6 ]  _8 rThere are tons of resources on the internet if you want to go deeper into verbals, such as infinitives, gerunds, and participles.  I would love to teach a grammar class in Bei Da and let those willing students know that learning English grammar is actually quite fun.

答: 可以接原形不定詞、現在分詞、過去分詞、形容詞(或片語).

By the way,在kimo字典查find時，發現以下例句：

1. seek當「尋找」的時候，有及物動詞和不及物動詞兩種用法，不曉得哪一種「尋找」才要用及物動詞，哪一種「尋找」要用不及物動詞？8 N3 |% p  Q( h
答: 直接有受詞時就是及物動詞用法; 要加介系詞才接受詞時則是不及物動詞用法.

2. These missiles are designed to seek out and destroy enemy bombers.(字典例句)
" N  v2 ^% O* F; ?seek後面有介系詞 out，為什麼字典還把它歸在及物動詞這一類？) A( P/ ^5 @" M9 Q# x* k2 z
答: 這個out是副詞而非介系詞, 是修飾用字, 所以seek是及物動詞. + t1 Z6 {( q0 f2 a, z
