$ p3 U; ~. {1 R: P素魚排、金針菇、紅甜椒、薑絲、枸杞

$ h% N# V. \' b2 T! w3 `3 D鹽、香菇粉、胡椒粉、香油1 r2 J/ X% n" l; r

作法:
( L8 N; _* c& Z- l1. 金針菇切除根部,洗淨;紅甜椒切絲待用。
" t+ p! g/ Y6 ^6 l" C2. 將素魚排放入燒熱的炸油煎至表面金黃色即可盛在盤中待用。( B/ n1 F1 u6 t: M' g, E9 {
3. 燒開200cc的水,先加入調味料拌勻,再加入其他材料,煮熟後淋在炸好的素魚排上即可。

* `. p( s, @1 w* f% s( U+ @& r素鱼排、金针菇、红甜椒、姜丝、枸杞5 B: N& ~8 n6 `8 @& @+ P9 A% o

调味料:
- N4 R3 _8 w5 O$ y1 _盐、香菇粉、胡椒粉、香油  J# @  \5 M. F$ W! i: @2 a

作法:

salt, shiitake mushroom powder, pepper and light sesame oil

! I" f# @6 {" d# \' c) o7 M1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well.  Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred.

) h- Q& U0 S+ P+ Q7 I2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.6 `  @* a  Z% R

3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve.
