! ]  K7 ]: M, _) m素魚排、金針菇、紅甜椒、薑絲、枸杞

調味料:
* Q: W+ t1 R6 x( k4 y, \& N( s0 o鹽、香菇粉、胡椒粉、香油

1. 金針菇切除根部,洗淨;紅甜椒切絲待用。
# p5 _2 [3 o) ?2. 將素魚排放入燒熱的炸油煎至表面金黃色即可盛在盤中待用。) U* G$ k/ M4 p+ \- ^
3. 燒開200cc的水,先加入調味料拌勻,再加入其他材料,煮熟後淋在炸好的素魚排上即可。9 ?$ Q5 L% m; \% u

素鱼排、金针菇、红甜椒、姜丝、枸杞! n* ~7 F% ^7 q: B0 x

调味料:, @+ \1 H7 N6 e2 I( O+ O0 P
盐、香菇粉、胡椒粉、香油
& h$ [( ?% ?. B/ I; ~- k" O! h, _6 C# U' o' M& M* h
作法:, P) q3 G# b7 P* M! B- Q9 @

Seasonings:
- m" @" }. `9 J7 \" Y5 X; Nsalt, shiitake mushroom powder, pepper and light sesame oil6 U# X3 \# P6 N9 d" W, ?

' G% m" f4 B/ u/ @# _9 [2 _9 l# n1 IMethods:
3 A8 f) j& D/ R# k1. Rinse young day lily stems well and cut into small sections. Discard the roots from golden needle mushrooms and rinse well.  Rinse red bell pepper well, discard seeds and shred.
% n5 }- F- H% v3 ?1 G& w( G# u4 K8 I% l1 c
2. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden on the surface and remove to plate.- ~0 s! m/ B# b

  a/ {1 l% r4 \* E+ V5 f( B3. Bring 200cc of water to a boil, add seasonings as well as other ingredients. Cook until done and drizzle over the deep-fried fish. Serve.
