青花菜、素鱈魚、紅甜椒、白果粒、薑末! D, i! i0 U; s2 }' T. ~% d7 r8 W

調味料:- k9 T, \' M7 j( } N; A) t, v
鹽、香菇粉、香油 3 a$ y% O0 O, f % h$ R+ D2 G; ~ [+ ~" [作法:* G$ E. U5 K5 [# J
1.青花菜分切成小朵,洗淨,用少許油炒熟,加少許鹽調味後盛出圍在盤緣備用。 5 m- ?* r" c9 V6 o* Y2. 素鱈魚切小丁:甜椒去籽後洗淨,切丁;白果洗淨待用。+ `# r% Z/ o, S- r3 n6 g! P; t8 j
3. 燒熱少許油,把薑末爆香,再加入素魚丁、甜椒丁及白果拌炒均勻,接著加入所有調味料拌勻,材料熟透時盛出擺在青花菜的中間即可上桌食用。 ' ^% G4 m6 q0 f8 R7 `2 Z' ^+ x" A& p$ d' U" [8 [ I2 t7 ^

Methods: 2 K6 e t' _1 z9 N, G1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate.. u2 t# Z3 y) M3 z9 f
1 Q3 x! m# o8 q, U6 C* ?8 V7 N0 a2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts. 0 D" F2 C/ o$ o2 ~0 l3 m" r3 y; E- P( B! Z9 d8 P2 ~
3. Heat a little oil and stir-fry minced ginger until fragrant. Add vegetarian diced fish, bell pepper and gingki nuts. Stir until even. 4 X3 O8 D4 i- C" p$ g. r7 a( i

Season with all seasonings to taste. Cook until done through and remove to the center of the serving plate.
