  l2 j- s- d4 C5 T青花菜、素鱈魚、紅甜椒、白果粒、薑末

; x, y; W- f( a' w& j% ^鹽、香菇粉、香油; q! I4 [0 v/ i7 F* b

作法:4 ^3 O& U3 ?; l8 p' L
1.青花菜分切成小朵,洗淨,用少許油炒熟,加少許鹽調味後盛出圍在盤緣備用。
2 b  U2 I% p1 b5 A- D# x6 E' m, d2. 素鱈魚切小丁:甜椒去籽後洗淨,切丁;白果洗淨待用。
/ I, c+ [+ r; [) [6 L/ _5 `3. 燒熱少許油,把薑末爆香,再加入素魚丁、甜椒丁及白果拌炒均勻,接著加入所有調味料拌勻,材料熟透時盛出擺在青花菜的中間即可上桌食用。$ {" L6 J' G$ R: q/ ^: g0 K; }

青花菜、素鳕鱼、红甜椒、白果粒、姜末, E7 c2 H2 S2 f% a

9 {0 s5 F  W% h+ J6 u2 n调味料:4 u2 f4 s0 ?& z) u5 Y$ M* ~. N& F+ m
盐、香菇粉、香油8 a& ?& e7 O6 s; L3 |' N$ J, j4 R

& P! [( u& L4 @6 g8 G1 I$ m+ d作法:
5 s+ X$ R+ F' _5 E1.青花菜分切成小朵,洗净,用少许油炒熟,加少许盐调味后盛出围在盘缘备用。8 P6 ]1 |; c& a' a
2. 素鳕鱼切小丁:甜椒去籽后洗净,切丁;白果洗净待用。
7 c6 u% L* f! T* |3. 烧热少许油,把姜末爆香,再加入素鱼丁、甜椒丁及白果拌炒均匀,接着加入所有调味料拌匀,材料熟透时盛出摆在青花菜的中间即可上桌食用。

Ingredients:
1 W) l. M  Z5 Y3 h9 R/ u) ?& g: Z# jbroccoli, vegetable cod, red bell pepper, gingko nuts, minced ginger! i) Q3 v3 X' w, T6 T8 f* V7 m" B

Seasonings:
, `5 z: n3 }7 C# ~( Osalt, shiitake mushroom powder, light sesame oil

  H  I. }7 v3 w8 m% E) }Methods:
  \4 k- o3 ?' @; a1. Divide broccoli into small florets and rinse well. Stir-fry with a little oil until done and season with salt to taste. Remove and garnish along the rim of the serving plate.+ S, ^3 D9 y. L$ @# _
& x; P" m6 }! {6 y6 q+ m- @) N
2.Dice vegetarian cod. Discard seeds from bell pepper and rinse well, then dice. Rinse gingko nuts.

3. Heat a little oil and stir-fry minced ginger until fragrant. Add vegetarian diced fish, bell pepper and gingki nuts. Stir until even. 8 k9 A4 z+ [# H/ J9 H" v

( E% @7 u8 b3 K, ESeason with all seasonings to taste. Cook until done through and remove to the center of the serving plate.
