老話題一個, 就是那個萬坪公園旁的“水質淨化廠”.

不過上了英文版本, 我看上個discovery channel 好像也是應該的～！（三峽北大特區這條藝術大道好像已經有上過discovery？）

北大特區萬歲～ go go go go.

這段縣府官方英文稿.. 好像有點給他看不懂.. 是說污水處理廠是用來容納兩萬九千人社區...

能否請哪位大大幫忙指點？
